Just curious how this is going to help the airline? What will be the next step for Gulf Air? yes I have friends there and hope they make out all right in the long run.

By the way Butt , instead of trying to be as wise as the relatives of yours from the swamps of louisianna trying adding some useful remarks on this forum for once.

thanks wasta for your info on moving but have already packed up and gone............

Tundra boy, your thread on this forum appeared at first glance to be a gloat on the headaches of others, rather than a fishing expedition on info regarding the move...so stay tuned as I,m sure more info will surface here from sources...as for me, signing out, have to go pack my stuff...

Just curious how this is going to help the airline?
The question is, do they have a choice? The answer is no.

So what we do move to Bahrain and then to Muscat? Why we dont here from Pink palace and them plans. More cost but not more salaris? They good at spending money but not on employees.

BORN TO BE WIIIIILLLLLDDD !

next question: is there enough space in bahrain airport for all this heavy metal to come back ... ? We might end up just like in doha, where they had to issue a notam saying that: "due to lack of space, please consider coming later..."

ok they might relocate some of these planes in muscat, but it seems that for the time being, no 76 crew are sent to MCT ?! or do they want to send the 'buses ?!

the next 6 months are going to be wild! but are we not born to be wild !?

cheers

I heard a big expansion to the BAH airport maybe even double the size. I hope they do something to the employee parking area.

BoeingDriverX

Thanks for the Notam, Had a relative arrive in Doha QR076 Saturday pm flight delayed 15min, Pax told 15 min delay for Stand, 45 min later Pax finally disemarked for Imigration, 2hrs after landing finally collected relative landside. Just had to negociate the complete B*&ls up of traffic diversions and traffic to get home. How comes its been two weeks and no work appears to have been done??, usual Qatari mentality.

Back on the subject VPO mmmmm explains alot.
