why do people insist on looking at a book about how to pass an interview. The whole point with the EK interview is to be yourself. Interview by numbers be completely transparent. In addition you have to want the job. They also rotate the questions and scenarios on a regular basis.

Buying a book about how to pass the interview seems to assume that the recruitment team can't read. I can assure you that they can and can change the interview process a lot faster than a book can be updated.
