flight time limitations

can anyone enlighten me on the flight time restrictions, duty hours how many earlys max hours per year, discretion, all that stuff. Or give me a reference to where i can find it.

I have looked and continuing to look on the CAA website, i am not being lazy.

It seemed to me like the obvious place to start looking would be in JAR-OPS, so I found this list of publications which includes a reference to JAR-OPS Part 1 Sub-Part Q. This is unfortunately shown as 'Reserved', so I couldn't get to see it.

I've tried various ways to get access to JAR-OPS Part 1 but have failed miserably so far - sorry!

CAP 371 is what you want. Try here.

It's not available for download though so you might have to buy one unless you can find another source!

thanks guys appreciated, i dig a lot of digging today and seem to have a 27 page document off the CAA web site, its quite hard to find what you want, it mentions cap 371 a lot so it must be the correct area.
