It seemed to me like the obvious place to start looking would be in JAR-OPS, so I found this list of publications which includes a reference to
JAR-OPS Part 1 Sub-Part Q. This is unfortunately shown as 'Reserved', so I couldn't get to see it.
I've tried various ways to get access to JAR-OPS Part 1 but have failed miserably so far - sorry!
