Psych Interview

I am currently applying to get my CAA medical, and am part way through that process. I had a career in IT and am now changing direction and going the modular route to ATPL in my 40s. During my career I've had times I've found stressful and have been to my GP and been signed off work, once with diagnosis for low level anxiety and depression. In order to get through the Medical application I've had an independent Psych interview submitted via the CAA medical examiner which stated a low risk of incapacitation but a medium to high risk of relapse. The recommendation is for a 6 monthly review for the next 2 years to assess the risk of relapse.
I'm confident that I am going to get through the reviews and I have steps in place to manage my mental health.
My question is what is the format for the airline Psych interviews and has anone been rejected by airlines despite being given a Class 1 medical and the all clear from the psychiatrist?
