FAA medical Examiner Required

OK, done a search on here but nothing obvious popped, so here goes.

I have a need to renew my FAA First Class medical. I'm Uk based (east midlands region). Does anyone have a good steer for a 'fuss free' FAA doctor anywhere between Stansted and Newcastle please?

Or, anyone worth avoiding?
