Airsickness Desensitisation

Hello,
Are there any pilots, instructors, clinical specialists or any other experienced practitioners who have experience with airsickness of student pilots during flight training, and treatment methods? I am working on a feasibility study about this subject and I would like to know more about specifically:

1. Occurrence of airsickness & drop-outs in various global regions (notable Germany, UK, Turkey, China, Brazil and USA)
2. Existence of treatment facilities and methods in these regions
3. Any experience with this occurrence, and with the treatment facilities.
4. How local flight schools and authorities handle this topic.

I Look forward to your response!

I'll be in a specialist hospital next Tuesday, however, I will be an observing guest, so don't know if I'll get a chance to beg any questions. Let you know.

Thanks for responding, unfortunately I was not on time because you may have already visited the clinic. Coud you please tell me briefly about your experience with this particular clinic?
Thanks!

If you take a look at the first footnote reference in the article by Alan Benson and John Ernsting, both then doctors at the RAF Institute of Aviation Medicine at Farnborough, you may find some useful information.

The Institute had many years experience with aircrew airsickness and had developed de-sensitising subjects to a fine art. Although I can still recall Alan Benson secreting a bucket behind his back when the subject was in the final stages of the training on the spin table!

It might be worth Googling... Doctor Alan Benson...RAF IAM air sickness or something similar and see what comes up. (No pun intended!).
