Post bates method question

the bates method doesn't like the idea of sunglasses....was this before they knew the harmful effects of UV?

Can you confirm that UV stand for uncontrolled vigorousness

On a serious note in the book I read natural light ie spending time outside is supposed to be of particular benefit for the problem of myopia

But check with the forums bates' expert Mr Magoo no offence intended
