Airsickness generally gets better with time, and experience.
Some folk find "C-bands" on the wrists helpful ( ie acupressure).
Drugs best avoided (too sedating for pilots to use ).

Ginger is also said to be useful and it's often used to help with Morning Sickness in pregnant women. Try ginger tea, made by crushing some fresh ginger then steeping it in boiling water, or, more easily transported, crystallised ginger pieces.

Hello razorlemon

I've been in the exact same situation as you.
What helped me was actually gingertabelets, 1 before flight, and 1 during flight. And aslo keep cool if possible, take the vents to full open!.

And also, take some aerobatic lessons, just to get real dizzy, because experience helps a lot!

Good luck!
