There might be some fairly uncommon circumstance where this could happen ( eg recently ex-military, or conversion from an FAA class 1),
but in general I'd be 99.9% certain that the answer to your question is "no".
Considering that this is 2008, and also considering that we are ALL homo sapiens (medical things should therefore be universal) , the levels of agreement and cooperation between the FAA and the JAA really are outrageous and abysmal, in many areas, medical being only one !
