Class 2 Initial following LASIK and PRK

Hi, I am trying to get a PPL, and the dreaded medical ... AME has told me that he wants to see post operative notes from PRK and LASIK, but the PRK was done in 1995!!! I also need to prove my prescription pre-operatively

Anyone else had to do that?

I have to provide 5 years worth of Opticians reports, as luck has it Specsavers are the UK's No1 cock up opticians and lost "ALL" my medical records...

By chance, i kept all my optical perscriptions for the last, well every...

As far as i know, they usually key Medical Records for Six years, however i think they get archived after that, wouldnt have thought they distroyed them???

Are they aware the PRK was done in 1995?

I would have thought they was more concerned with the Lasik...

I have been to Ultralase, and they log and archive everything, even if you dont have the treatment, so i bet the company you used would keep a copy of bost pre and post op reports?
