In my log book? A small number of Cessnas and Pipers (of which Super Cub, C206 and C172 on floats). That I've flown but didn't put in my log book due to lack of legality? - Beaver (on floats of course).

Unfortunately apart from Piper TriPacer in which I had a couple of lessons, and Slinsby Cadet? Catterick about 1965, all have been as SLF (especially SL in the offshore helicopters)

AS SLF, a varied selection - the most interesting was the Bell 47 out of Badak in East Kalimantan, pilot was a Sikh ex Wing Commander Indian Air Force with a Magnificent Handle Bar Moustache (OK he was a Sikh)
Did get a few moments hands on in a Whirlwind out of Dubai, pilot was ex RN (allegedly with record for ditching RN Whirlwinds (piston) in a day; he'd just bought a Hasslebad and was trying it out taking pics of Mantas etc and asked me to 'steady things'!!!)
Suppose from a UK point of view the rarest was the Martin 404 out of Freeport Bahamas to Fort Lauderdale
Biggest regret being too tight to book a Concord flight though I did nick a 'Luggage Label' from a BA office (in Orkney!!!)
Missed out TriStar, Embraer 120, 130 & 140 & Jetstream 31 and 41
just been reminded L188 Electra (Eastern Out of Miami - under escort as no US visa), F-70, and fairly certain an Anson as well from Usworth

Oh, and one type for 50 hours or so with live "600 lb special weapons" loaded on the aft stations in the bomb bay (which, when doing trials armament loading line checks in the early hours at St Mawgan I wasn't allowed to turn around and look at, despite the nose of the damned things touching the back of my head as I was double checking the parachute lanyards and instrumentation connections on the trials torpedoes loaded on station 9).

I was used to being thrown around while navigating a rally car by then, but did not think that commercial aircraft could fly like that.
