Visita medica e brevetto
L'ultima barzelletta (di cui vi chiedo conferma) che ho saputo è questa : "devi avere la visita medica emessa dalla stesso stato che emetterà il brevetto."
Ora, io c'ho : prima classe FAA, prima JAA (emessa dalla CAA). E secondo questa affermazione se il prossimo brevetto (nel mio caso ATPL) me lo emettesse, diciamo, la Spagna, io mi dovrei afre un'ulteriore prima classe spagnola ! Possibile ?!??

se si parla di 2 authority serie sara' tutto un lavoro di ufficio dove verrà fatto un rinnovo ed un PASSAGGIO di medical license, il requisito prevede che tu abbia il medical emanato dallo stesso ufficio dove verrà fatto il brevetto..

peró mi rode che tutto stó casino per fare le JAR, e poi alla fine non é cambiato niente...

JAR–FCL 3.065 State of licence issue
(a) An applicant shall demonstrate the
satisfactory completion of all requirements for
licence issue to the Authority of the ‘State of
licence issue’ (see JAR–FCL 3.010(c)).
(b) In circumstances agreed by both
Authorities, an applicant who has commenced
training under the responsibility of one Authority
may be permitted to complete the requirements
under the responsibility of the other Authority.
The agreement shall allow for :
(1) theoretical knowledge training and
examinations;
(2) medical examination and assessment;
(3) flight training and testing,
The Authorities shall agree on the ‘State of
licence issue’
(c) Further ratings may be obtained under
JAR–FCL requirements in any JAA Member State
and will be entered into the licence by the State of
licence issue.
(d) For administrative convenience, e.g.
revalidation, the licence holder may subsequently
transfer a licence issued by the State of licence
issue to another JAA Member State, provided that
employment or normal residency is established in
that State (see JAR–FCL 1.070). That State would
thereafter become the State of licence issue and
would assume the responsibility for licence issue
referred to in (a) above.

FCL licence (aeroplane) and only one medical

E' la stessa JAR che dice cosi: ho i due Stati hanno un accordo di interscambio o fai tutto nello stesso paese.
Dopo di chè vai dove vuoi.
Ma a te chi te lo fa fare la visita in Inghilterra e la licenza in Spagna.
Fai tutto nello stesso Paese. No?

Povrebbe bastarti la tua class 1 Uk + "soli" form che e' praticamente un form con cui brevemente UK CAA medical comunica alcuni dati salienti della tua storia medica.
Sicuramente dovrebbero chiedertelo se fai la visita in Spagna, o almeno cosi' e' stato per me facendo visita e atpl in UK partendo da una licenza italiana.
Prova a sentire.
Come nota di colore io l'estate scorsa ho rinnovato in Italia il CPL Icao con la class 1 JAA UK!

Se i due paesi sono mutually recognized, non c'è nessun problema, puoi fare la visita medica di conseguimento in UK e poi fare il CPL IR e ATPL dove cavolo vuoi.
Con UK sono mutually recognized per certo l'Irlanda, la Spagna e la Grecia, nel tuo caso specifico se ti presenti a loro con la 1 classe UK la prendono per buona.
La storia delle licenze conseguite dove dai l'ATPL o dove fai la visita medica sono solo dicerie.
Carta JAR canta!
