Yes, sorry there is that. I had similar financial woes when looking for work.
its a harsh move to claim bankruptcy. Your scuppered for everything for five years. Someone could probably enter into an interest only Repayment on a loan as a less drastic move. I did consider it at one point many years ago When I was out of training and no substantially paid work for years. I got a couple of CCJs but after five years they were gone and now have a clean credit rating. |
