On the application page, it does say 'invite to online test' but there is no link/email.

Somebody I know their application status (viewable when you log back in to the Aer Lingus recruitment site) changed from 'Application Received' to 'Invite to pre-selection online test'. They haven't yet received any email confirmation of this however. My status is still at the former.

Invites for Assessments are out

I've not received anything. Are these sent all at once or sent out as they're being screened? Have they actually just processed all of the applications in just 3 days?

I too have received a link to the assessments - however my application page still states: "... currently has a status of Application received." - just in case anyone sees the same on their page.

Got my email for the assessment with the deadline being Sunday.

Anyone have any information about what to expect in the online assessment?

First part seems like a standard personality questionnaire same as what Oxford and CTC email applicants before they go down to do ADAPT/Compass sitting.

Would expect the second part to be very similar to Compass/ADAPT but not sure about the video interview section. Is this going to be interview style questions or role questions like what would you do in x scenario like retailer assessments. Anyone have info about this section as a whole?

Email received but, when I try to begin with the first part of the assesment, it says that "It appears that this assignment has already been completed". Anyone else having the same error?
