Easyjet MPL CTC

If anyone's interested I'm not long back from the Eeasyjet ctc assessment (unsuccessful). The numbers that we were told: around 1000 applications, from this about 140 were selected to phase 2. Then, from our group of about 14, 6 or so made it through to the interviews in the afternoon. However, this just depends on how many were successful during the group exercises and PILAPT. Lunch is included.

I applied about 2 weeks ago and had my assessment today. If you were successful they said we had to be free on the 24th or 25th of this month for the easyjet interview at Luton.

27th April I think, you may well be right 15206.

Having said that though, there must have been some chance with a late application, I mean why would they bother extending the deadline otherwise?

How far through the process are you now?

Well good luck! :ok:

My mistake, just checked my notes, they only told us about the 23rd and 24th. she quickly mentioned the 17th but she only told us the later dates. I'm assuming the 17th will be too soon for us.

Were the "essay questions" those two (fairly brief) questions about 150- 300 words long?

I think, although i'm guessing here, that mentioning BA in my application might not have been a wise move. Afterall if you tried and failed at the last hurdle with them then it might brand you as someone who doesn't have what it takes. I may keep quiet about it in future :ok:

Oh well, I wasn't 100% committed to this application as I was with the last one anyway. It makes sense that I didn't make it in.

Also got no. Applied just before the initial closing date. Also made it to final BA stage. Onwards and upwards again.

A fairly stock interviewers question is "why do you want to work for this company?" It's not usually a good idea to suggest that they weren't your first choice......even if they weren't!

The application asks if you applied to any other schemes in the past be it Wings or FPP etc.

Don't think many would have actually mentioned it elsewhere, only when asked.

Hi,

dunno if this is the right place but has anyone got any info about the Cae Oxford assessments for the Easyjet MPL, like stage 2 pass rates etc.?

Pass rates

Got through on the last time they ran it to the final stage, out of our group of 12 doing the COMPASS test, I think 3 didn't make it.mout of the 12 of us doing group exercises at the final stage, I think only about 3 didn't make it again...

Just did the test again Thursday just gone (2 days ago) and results will be emailed to us...

Has anyone done the test for the new scheme and heard back about the next stage?
