Oh absolutely, I’ve spent the weekend humbling myself. I have a place on an integrated course anyway, so this application process will go down to experience if nothing else. Nothing wrong with staying hopeful though! 😊

I tired to login to the assessment portal to see if I could glean a status. My account no longer exists.. could be that I'm due a commiserations email. Just wondering what everyone else's accounts are saying?

It seems Aer Lingus is really looking for diversity and interesting backgrounds over hours flown. Which is great, in my opinion, these schemes should be aimed at extremely talented individuals that aspire to be pilots but are hindered by the financial barriers of learning to fly. If you’re already in flight school or at your ATPLS/Have licenses, I wouldn’t think aer Lingus would favour these in anyway. Just my two cents.

Mine is still there but just says "all tasks are completed".

I definitely wouldn't be reading into that any which way though.

Im the same, but mine has been like that the last two weeks or so. Nothing to worry about I’d say! No need to overthink😉

I have not received anything yet. I applied on the 10th August, got my tests on the 15th and submitted them on the 17th.

when I did recruitment for a similar course on another airline we updated everyone in one go. Regrets and successes at each stage all emailed at the same time. We thought it was fair that way
