I find it hard to believe that out of all the research I do online, the only one who got an invite is Alex with 1 post, not saying I don’t believe it but I’m just skeptical..

Ryanair took 12 days between me completing the online tests and getting a sim assessment date, so I'd imagine it'd be a similar timeline for Aer Lingus? Given I did the online assessment for them on 12th of Oct, I'd suspect at least into next week before hearing anything.

Some facts.
Huge volume of applicants being sorted. Highest ever apparently.
No invitations have been sent yet. First expected late next week.
Selection centres run late November/early December.

REAL INFO. From an Aer lingus Pilot.
Don't trust the one saying he/she received an invitation to Dublin, they didn't send it yet.
The number of applicants was around 4000 for this session, they need 100 FO and the simulators will take place middle november.
