I got it today as well, someone at HR had a busy Saturday it seems
Does anyone know if the PASS software mentioned above is reliable for this assessment? It says on the website they even updated it today, so I'm guessing it could be quite accurate. Good luck everyone!

Hey all, I’ve got the invite to the online tests. Does anyone know if this stage also includes an online video interview? Or if it’s just the personality questions and aptitude tests at this stage?

No video interview, no preprogrammed calculator allowed. Lots of sections, I advise anybody who’s going to take the online tests to do some practice beforehand..
From the breakdowns I've seen it looks a bit similar to the AON tests for the Ryanair online assessments, but without a video interview, and with a maths and language reasoning test added.

For me it included these tests:
Complex control (flying through tunnel/hand eye coordination)
Reaction speed
Spatial orientation
Multi-tasking capability
Applied numeracy (numerical reasoning and math)
Verbal reasoning
Deductive-logical thinking
Situational behaviour (bit of a strange personality test!)
For me pilotassessments formed a good preparation.
Stay focussed, prepare yourself and keep calm!

One piece of advise to everyone: CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! I read this thread earlier and nearly had a heart attack because I didn't see the email. I've done the Aer Lingus online assessment a couple of times before (for the cadet program) It's not extremely difficult but it's worth practicing somewhere as a couple of the tests are confusing if you don't know what you need to do. One piece of advise I got directly from Aer Lingus is don't overthink the personality quiz. You're much more likely to be rejected if they suspect you're lying on it
