Ok thank you. But I guess you shoud still revise all the 14 atpl subjects ?
It's strange I have applied for AFA Cadets Pilots on their website on the 28/11 and I still haven't received any answer despite uploading all the documents.

Hi guys i passed my online assessment last week. My turn around time was really quick, the same day i uploaded all documents i got email about booking the online assesment, did the online assesment and on the next day got email about passing and being on the holding pool. I havent been called for the real assessment yet. Online assessment was pretty standard. video interview questions were why you want to work in ryan air?, what was the hardest part of your flight training? and i cant remember the 3rd question.
on the real assessment in the simulator, do we need to do both PF and PM? or just PF? I ask because some assessment preparation centres do packages that do PF only and PF and PM, and i don't really want to spend another 400 if its not needed, although I am aware of of the benefit it has.

Second chance
Hi, two of my friends had failed assessment at the first time, after around 1 year they got invitation for assessment. Finally one of them passed and one of them failed. I wish you good luck.

I wanna share my experience with you.
11/15/2022 Licenses sent for the application
11/22/2022 Received the link for the online assessment
11/25/2022 Completed all online assessment tasks
11/28/2022 Positive answer for online assessment got into the talent pool
11/30/2022 got invited to simulator interview which was 2 weeks later
4 days after simulator got the results, unfortunately negative.
HR and techincal was easy, nothing specific, you have to know the history of the company, how many A/C they have, what are the differences between 737 NG and 737 max.
They also ask about the previous A/C you flew. (engine, speeds, weights)
Some of us, got a METAR to decode.
Simulator East Midlands SID and ILS on rwy 27.
The pilot was not very helpful, he was strict. Tried to confuse you with the ATC insturctions give to other a/cs as well
"emergency" was bad weather in our dest. so we had to divert (DODAR and NITS)
we could try 2 times to land the plane, it was stressful, the sim is very sensitive.
4 out of 8 got in.

Hi guys, another update. I have been invited for a sim assessment on 16th Jan. which is about 4 weeks from now. If anyone has that date can you get in contact with me, and hopefully we will be able to help each other and split the refresher simulator cost.

Ryanair assessment unsuccessful

I have a question because I failed my first assessment and I’m really upset about that. The assessment was in Ryanair and I would like to try one more time because for the technical and HR interview I was well prepared so I guess I failed te simulator part… And my question is if you know when I can try one more time in Ryanair ? I have sent them email but they have not responded…

May I ask when did you get the email of the successful online assessment?
I passed the online assessment on the 14th of Dec, got the email on the next day saying i am in the holding pool.
So now im waiting for the date of the sim assessment

ladies and gents so if anyone wants to split the sim cost at Dublin prior to assessment/interview, please contact me here, or my telegram @abrakadabra737 . The price will literally be cut in half if 2 of us share, and we can do double the prep hours for the same money. ATM there price is 400 euros each for 2 hours, but if we doo it together we can get 4 hours (2 PF and 2 PM) in the sim for 400euros each. My assessment date is on 16th Jan 2023, so I will get there few days earlier.

Hi, two of my friends have failed, and they have been called again to the sim. little less then 1 year after. you can only apply to lauda in case they hire. (not at this moment as I can see) for lauda there will be a different ad, so it doesn't count as duble application.
