Vueling Recrutement Campain 2018

Hi everyone,

A few questions about the Vueling recrutement process I couldn't find the answer to:

I have been invited for the first phase of the assessment but they don't say how long its going to take, they told me what would happen on day one (psycho, english, atp). But if you go to phase two, it is supposed to be a sim check, is it going to be the next day?
Second, the MFing type rating, I couldn't figure out whether it is self founded or if they have a bonding policy.
Third, is this all happening in spanish? it was the policy the past few years but it seems to be changing (I believe they are hiring for french and italian bases).

If any of you that have been to the recrutement process recently or if you have any insight on how it goes it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Vueling

Hi there.

maybe this is too late for you.

anyway, here goes.

1- usually stage 1 and stage 2 are weeks apart. Pass stage 1, they call u back a few weeks later for stage 2.

2- type rating is self funded. As for bonding, I have no idea.

3- Spanish. Ah yes. For 2019, officially, Spanish is no longer a requirement. However, that didn't stop them assessing me for 2/4 written exams IN SPANISH. I don't speak Spanish. When I highlighted this to the examiners, they shrugged and said just do your best... Good, eh? So, seems the upper management and decision makers decided no Spanish needed, but noone told HR...

let me know how you get on..?
