Hey everyone! I've been tracking this thread for the last few weeks, thought it appropriate to give my own "no call no email" status. Appear to be in limbo with everyone else! My own assessment at this point is I must be in some manner of "reserve" list, so I've zero expectation to get an invite, yet equally I'm prepped to get a last minute "can you attend tomorrow" message just in case. Not ideal eh?! Are there many other still in this camp? Keen to see what the numbers are like. Thanks!

Any feedback from those of you who did the assessments this week? Without giving too much away to those who have yet to have yet to go in, can you give us a flavour as to what happened on the day? I'm also in the no email / no call camp....

I am sorry to inform but that is not true. Unfortunately I was not able to finish all the test on time due to personal reasons and even without completing all the tests, I am in the so called "No e-mail/no call". I think it is pretty obvious that due to a high number of application this year they simply filtered through the list the top candidates in the online assessments and after this step they reviewed the interviews to select the ones going to the assessment center. For remaining candidates, they simply did nothing.
I know this is what people do not want to read, but I truly believe "Game is Over" for this process.
Nevertheless, if you really want to become a pilot, just head to a modular course (yes, I am against the stupid prices practiced at integrated courses) and don't wait for new opportunities like this to come since the probability of getting a position is pretty low and time is a factor against you (nowadays not so true in fact, fortunately). Of course if they appear then you apply, but at least you have something to show to them: interest and pro-activity.
Good luck to everyone and I hope to see you all in the sky in the near future. Just never give up.
Regards.

Just thought I’d update, there’s significantly more applicants this year than any previous year I.e more than 6000 and they’ve been shortlisted to 234 for the rest of this week and next week. Still not sure on how many they’re taking but there’s a very high standard this year so don’t be disheartened if you’ve not heard anything.

I'd say it is quite true - perhaps some really small number of candidates here would be called in as extras, most probably ones from Dublin to keep things simple... As anything else stated in the forum here - it is pure assumption.
It's been nice while it lasted Good luck to everyone who progressed to next stage and congratulations to selected ones! It's great job.

Yes guys, it's been a very long wait... I lost any hope now, although no email/no call. Real shame, it was the last 'stop' for me before commencing the last route of modular way. I really daydreamed I could be joining them. Good luck to those invited - a real chance and privilege.

My source is close to the action and says they are calling a handful for next week .... less than 10 ...due to last minute withdrawals... they are also sending regrets but it is slow due volume and everyone is caught up in the assessment in the first place.

Email arrived today around 2pm.
I've been following the thread for a long time! Thanks to everyone who contributed and good luck to those progressing with the programme!
It was my first year applying, but I'll be back next year as I'm sure some of you will be too!
All the best

panel exercise
Could someone please give me a hint what a "panel exercise" is or could be?
Is it some kind of role play or like a panel interview?
I can't find any information on the internet ...
Many thanks!
