We, wrote many times, and in many Thread is mention....
Hoduka...I suggest You to do some research and homework...You still, in your mind apparently not consciouss, speaking about a different Company.
This Thread is for DHL AIR UK..
Hope You get to Understand One day....
A question to You guys, who still asking about the Airline, where to apply, where the website, and many other strange questions....
How could you even image to go to be interviewed from DHL AIR if you don't know anything about the Company itself?

Only a 2 minute search on flightglobal.....
And i can think of at least 1 more website with email addresses....
Why do todays pilots show such a lack of initiative (except for asking for information, the easy way)? I would have thought that todays internet youth would be more familiar websites and searches.....

Sorry guys, if I wil be Honest and straightto the point but this is:
Dhl Air UK---well---I don't want to get you down guys, but ....
-Assessment with no tricks, very straight and taugh!
-You will find yourself with many others candidate, normally up to 30 people
and they will, if select, choose just 2-3 people to continue for Interview( behaviour and technical) with 2 HR ladies, ( both nice and one of them really experience and taugh, and working for DHL Air from years and years ago ..I can tell You..not easy Interview for you as Cadet) and 4 other Pilots with management and Recruiting duites after that SIM session, but this in others day.
----First day , 3 different timely test:
A) Presentation
B) Internal test
C) ATPL test
D) Menthal MAth Test
E) Group Exercise Test
Presentation:you have to stand up, speak and sell yourself in very short time, they will look at you, look at your body, movements, and some of the recruiters taking notes....PS. They care a lot about English !!!! So dont be surprised .
All four test are very taugh and is enough one error, and the all answer is wrong.
Menthal Math test, some are tricky and no time available.
Atpl test, mostly Performance and Flight Planning...if you know the staff should't be hard, but pay attention as the answers are really really close!!!
To continue....
During Breakfast and during lunch and every break you will be monitored and you will have to speak with all the board of recruitment, as they are approaching you and start to speak about everything they want...
-You will realize too, that some of the candidate are already "chosed"..referred.---
-Mostly German and some english these are the preferred Nationalities....others minority coming from Holland,Spain and Italy.
ABout DHL for CADETS prospect:
-You have to pay for the rating (old and not in the market) with a bond from your Salary
-you will fly just during the night, not so many hours (300 TT x year), and a lot of FDP...
-You will snif far away the B767
-You will shot ILS nothing more...
-Slow move in you career.
-Commuting not an option from Liepzig
-Flight are expensive from Liepzig and maybe you need to catch 2 airplane during your Annual Leave to come back home.
-Very Cold city in Winter.
-Not cheap taxes
I understand also that maybe for some low hours pilots with no choice it could be a nice outcome, but again...you need hours and with 300 hour x year not the right choice to build time and to gather experience., specially then if you'll fly always ILS with AFDS.
Go there try and anyway You will build some Assessment experience which is good-
For experience guy is of course something else.
Good luck to all of you, and be prepared!!
As in many jobs if you're really good and make the difference, you wil leave a small windows for DHL to turn you Down.
Be Honest, clear, easy going and don't lie or hide something, they will catch you in 1 second, believe me!
IS a Good Company and Good People over there
Hope this help---
If You pass this first day...and you continue..I will be happy to help you with interview and SIm...

I can just confirm what our former FO Reveal1 wrote above
Just to add that in my opinion it seems easy but is not, they are really demanding!
They will tell You that is not a competition and that if You all pass they will take all of You...but this is my opinion, I think is not 100% true.
If it is true so I have to add that the Standard they require is really HIGH.
They 're looking to form a group of 10/12 people totally with 3 people already taken from previously assessment in Lepzig !
last not least...many German/UK guys invited with reference...and many of them thwy know the Recruitment board, from previous fligh school etc..
Human factor/CRM is really important for Dhl Air UK...as you will be the only one sharing all the night with the Captain!
....and---Be on time!!! taking off late or arriving late is a huge loss for DHL!!
