Incident history
Hey guys
Lets say I was involved in a small incident in my current company and think about going to Asia. Most airlines require you to give them the contact details of least 2 referees from you current employer.
Can my current employer disclose any information about my incidence history even when they are spcifically asked?
Thanks a lot

You are risking to loose your new asian job either way.
Why? Normally each application form has the "magic" question like "have you been ever involved in any accident/incident? If yes, specify".
If you answer that with "no" and have been involved in such a thing and either your company says something or someone maybe blackmails you later on it is a good chance to get fired. And it is not the issue about the accident, it is a sign for the company that you lied to them and that they cannot be sure about what else you lied to them as well.
Would not risk here and be honest.
You write about a "small" incident. How do you define that? Damaged a parked aircraft with to much jetblast when starting taxi? That's small for me and often a fault of the airport(wrong parking).
Always depends what happened and I guess you do not want to share that information on a public forum.
Use caution. And common sense.
