Scoot Cadet Pilot

Hi guys,

Has anyone applied for the Scoot Cadet Pilot Programme? Website indicates the application received before 11 Feb 2016 will be considered for the Feb selection process. Wondering if anyone applied and gotten any news yet?

Thanks!

"Legally entitled to work in Singapore" means you would have residency status, permanent resident in this case.

For the non-asian applying, you won't be considered if you do not tick this box.

Hitansh, I believe you need to have Singapore work visa or citizenship to qualify - from my understanding of the requirements. You should try IndiGo's cadet pilot program. If I never remember wrongly, once you finish your exams and clocked your hours, you fly A320 with Jetstar for the IndiGo program.

@hitansh,

I went for Scoot's cadet pilot roadshow. They mentioned the program is opened only for Singapore citizens and Permanent Residence.

Around SGD $250k for both A320 and B787. TR included. For B787 TR, there is a 50/50 split with the company, and you sign 6-year bond with them.

That is expensive especially for overseas people.
Anyways they told me that application got rejected, no reason given.
