Cathay sim instructor position
I am just completing the sim instructor application for Cathay.
Can anyone help with the best answer to the two questions.
1. Why do you wish to join Cathay.....and
2. Apart from good flying skills, what attributes do you believe are required of a pilot in a successful airline.
The online application is the same as the pilot application so although these questions are probably aimed more at operating crew I am hoping for suggestions suitable for a sim instructor.
