Well. Please dont tell us stories about 'current market'. Wizz Air has their orders for hundreds of new aircrafts. And they went with a special job offer for all pilots from Air Italy. Yes - they are experienced (even if not type rated for airbus) but wizz still goes on their Wizz Air Pilot Academy so they are looking for those who are not experienced aswell.
If you are non type rated they do not get any money from you, except if you break the bond.
The current market is in tha shape that there is enough pilots with more than 300h and even type rated so it is obvious that they will take someone who knows how to fly airbus and they do not need to train him and they can put him on a right seat asap.
I is true that they have 100+ orders for new buses but i guess we will have to wait for ntr cadet to open again... not to mention UPRT ****...

Pilot Academy is one thing, because they earn money from those that go to that academy.

So the airline’s planning for the input of new pilots becomes much more complicated, especially when a large number of them may not take a start date when they finally get offered.
Personally, I think they’re much better planning and recruiting for the next 3-4 months at a time. Which sounds like what they’re doing. As BarryMG says, training capacity is probably full until the summer, so they’ll prioritise those with experience.

The problem that I see is that we do not get any info weather the recruiting is on or not. If you send email to wizz they just do not reply..., and then we do not know where we are....

Age limits for cadets
Does anyone knows, or guessing, if there is an age limit from which Wizz doesn't call cadets anymore for an assessment?
I know someone that mentioned that from the age of 35 they usually don't unless it's an extremely tough period.
Any hints?

So you say 12-19€ per sector. I bet that there are many different bases where pilots tend to do more 4 sector days than 2 sector ones. But any averages on how many sectors monthly?

I found this on PPJN Country multipliers (applicable to base§or pay) in force to balance different tax rates and/or cost of living: UK: 1.5 Romania: 1.45 Macedonia: 1.3 Austria: 1.25 Latvia: 1.2 Georgia, Moldova: 1.1 Poland: 1.05 Other countries and all service providers: 1.0 Bulgaria (only applied to variable elements): 0.9
Am I correct when I think that you take you monthly salary lets say 2.800 EUR times 1.5 for UK base? As an example
