Yes - they are experienced (even if not type rated for airbus) but wizz still goes on their Wizz Air Pilot Academy so they are looking for those who are not experienced aswell.
Pilot Academy is one thing, because they earn money from those that go to that academy.
If you are non type rated they do not get any money from you, except if you break the bond.
The current market is in tha shape that there is enough pilots with more than 300h and even type rated so it is obvious that they will take someone who knows how to fly airbus and they do not need to train him and they can put him on a right seat asap.
I is true that they have 100+ orders for new buses but i guess we will have to wait for ntr cadet to open again... not to mention UPRT ****...
