@EZY_FR - Really sorry to hear about your setback, but that's all it is - a setback til next year! I'm on my third attempt this year, interview next week - where did the number 108 come from? I know you mentioned a friend as the source but is this fact do you know?

I'm treating it as a setback so I can improve my weaknesses and make myself a stronger candidate for 2016! The number 108 came from a friend who posts on this forum, but that was the number of spaces BA had available to those successful at stage 3. He had his interview today and, just as what others have told me, that 85 were invited to attend stage 4. He also said that everyone will find out on May 20th, so to those waiting to hear back, note this date for your calendar! Good luck!

I'm sure you will be, 2016 could be the year! Best of luck for when the window opens
Very interesting regarding the number of people brought forward to interview, does this mean that if everyone performs to the expected standard then in theory everyone will be accepted onto the programme?

Thanks kirungi1 - hopefully the previous two attempts were just stepping stones, but all I can do is take it as it comes next week. Best of luck to everyone else due to be interviewed today and next week.
I was told this week (by BA) that 3000 applied to the scheme and BA invited 85 to interviews....
The numbers sounds daunting but to be fair all/most pilot selection processes have a high rejection rate - as has always been the case.
Of course regardless of how you feel the odds are stacked you have to be in the game to win.

Nervous more like! Hoping a sea of calm comes over me in the morning. Looking forward to meeting you and the other candidates tomorrow. All the very best to you and everyone else this year and next. I'm the one with the long hair...
