I came across this and thought it might be of interest to some on here, I dont think its been posted already appologise if it has.
I know nothing about the company, its T & C's or have nothing to do with them just posting it as it might interest some of you.

Well you can be non Belgian and work for them, just need to speak the language. Sounds pretty fair to me!
I think it's all to do with communication to ground and flight staff. It's important to know the local language, and also to be able to greet passengers in the three languages.
I heard they're a pretty decent company to work for, but haven't really got any knowledge about them so don't take my word for it.
