Expect long long long , I mean long, delays..
I put my application in may.. I had a buddy to recommend me..
Sept they called me up and wanted me to show in less than 24 hours. Thankfully I was in Turkey..
Then out of the blue they call me up in Sept. Well, I happened to be there .. All this to tell me i don't qualify..

Come october they call me again.. This time they do the sim assesment. First they say 'you don't have type on an airliner (regional US folk here) so we will take it easy on you'.. Then when I put my derrier on the seat they do v1 cuts, engine failures, etc. which I did fine..

So far heard nothing..

They treated another captain I know that flies for an European operator like crap and they kept him going around for 8 months from interview to interview

Expect a very disorganized interview process. (I am talking about filling out one more application every time you talk to someone new).

I am not even sure if they require DLR to DECs but it has been a requirement since the Amsterdam f@ck up.
