PILAPT-type game
If you're looking for games that will get you to multi-task, not so different from the PILAPT tests, try this one:
OneMoreLevel.com - Multitask
My current top score is 123.

My mate and I are trying to outdo each other on this . My current top score is 255, with an average of about 100-150. I find it much easier to cross my hands over.

Brilliant find! 123 is a damn good score, im struggling to get any more than 90, gets a bit mental when the 4th box comes along!
Would be interesting to see what experienced pilots can get, see if these things are actually as relevant as people in pilot selection think they are!

Not experienced pilot, but 1300 hrs and 700 of it pure hand flown instruments in claggy weather. My great score? So far 3 attempts, 3 boxes max, 50 points!!!
Back to the drawing board, I'll keep trying - USELESS!
Great game, by the way. Nasty music though.

Training the brain
125 so far, but after a couple of hundred hours, I'm sure I'll have it licked. Next I'm going to try programming my CH flight yoke and pedals for the inputs. Maybe I'll swap the rudder axis around so I 'step on the ball' to keep it centred.

155 top out of 11 tries. the best way is to ignore one instrument virtually (glance at it) depending your skills. for me, it is the third screen. my scores were one up one down but a significant grow is to say. it was like 60-75-65-85-90-85-105-90-115-150-155.

OK. I tried a few different ways and reckon the easiest is to control the ball with your left hand on the keyboard (its too sensitive to use my feet) and program a joystick for up and down buttons and axes outputting w a s d for directing the green box, then use a pedal to output space for the remaining game.
Keep the ball as your primary instrument and it should all happen nicely. I just scored 278 before getting distracted by the radio. I guess for added multitasking I should have been talking on the radio
