AQC December 11th

Hello folks,

Im doing the AQC on December 11th and I would like to say hi to anybody else going there.

Im also looking for someone to share a ride with.

Im arriving in LHR from Denmark and heading to CTC from there.

If anyone is going from the London area to CTC on the 10th I would like to share a ride and the expenses.

best regards,
Nicholas

Ohh boy what a day.

Spent all day refreshing my e-mail to see my Phase III results. We all shared E-mails and people told me of their successes and resit opportunities between 12-1. I knew my results must be coming along soon. 2 went by, 3 ,4. I e-mailed Daphne at 4:30 enquiring and no reply. I just rang CTC but they didn't know and asked me to ring Daphne - no answer. Then i thought i could look on at my account, seems i am unsuccessful which i can take and is no suprise but a real cruel way to find out.

On the day possible the lack of interview experience, too much knowledge on the industry but too little on the flying aspects let me down. Also no hours and no effort made to attempt to fly.

Think i'll be going down the modular route now.

Edit: Ohh it's in the Junk mail folder and that's confirmed. Bloody frustrating how you don't get feedback.

This is probably a very daft question but what is that cp44, cp45, cp46 that gets mentioned so often?

Would be very greatful if somebody could enlighten me and makes me a smarter person :-) Thanks!

I think CPXX e.g. (CP46) is just a number for the group of cadets i.e. the next group will be CP47

Thats just a guess though!

yes, it's simply a course designation that progresses sequentially.

I think the thing that scares me most about becoming a pilot are all those briefiations you've got to know/learn....sigh!

Well, I guess I cross that bridge when I get there :-)

I think I could probably have wild stab in the dark.....Watford....CP44, I reckon you have no hair and are partial to a bit of D&B, Am I close? I believe you are also offering a very useful drop off/collect service to and from some of the finer drinking establishments in "The Tron" (much appreciated)

Pre3mht??This is gonna be a hard 1 to decipher. From ur tone of message, i reckon uve got a east london accent going on there. Prob live near a coast and also have short hair.

Using my further intuition, i reckon u support a quality football team and is up for a kick about here and then???
