I have tried search on this subject and only found a very little (serious) information about it, being from 2006.

Could anyone please tell what the appropiate dress code at Ryanair would be for the interview? Full suit or more casual with jeans and a shirt and tie?

Thank you in advance.

Ha ha,

I didn't say anything about coming in my sporting outfit. I know of several places where full suit is not required, but I just wanted to know what was the norm for the interview at Ryanair.

Thank you for answering though, much appreciated

Assesment on the 3 march

i'm also going for the assesment on the 3 of march.

I put on my aplication, and 4 days after i got an email with some questions and request of a full CV and cover letter. 3 days after that i got a call. lasted approx 30 min and then i was invited to stansted for the assesment really fast i think.

Are there others from DK that are going the same way?

Clinex

May I ask what experience you have and which recruiter you heard from?

Good luck at the assessment!

Hi guys!

I'm doing my MCC in July and I'd like to apply to Ryanair after. I got my license in sep 2009 and have been finishing off my degree since then (about to graduate in a few months now). I'm wondering if anybody around here was in a similar situation (a couple of years after training/fresh MCC) and still got called for an interview/got hired.

Thanks!

Same here. They just want first time applicants. I applied after 16 months and got an email saying, sorry but just 1st app. What a pitty, because on my assessment day pilot recruiter told me to reapply 12 months later if unsuccessful...
btw they lost a good pilot

Has anybody some information about the possibility to join Ryan Air assessments with the following qualifications: MCC and 737NG Type Rating, but with 0 hours? Or is it just the self sponsored program? I've red something (old) about getting in via Brookfield AV, are the still doing their things for Ryan Air?

Thanks guys!

1.No chance of getting in if you are rated, except as captain.
2.Yes you will be working on a brookfield contract.

What's the logic behind who gets called for selection?

I filled in the form on OAA's website, and not heard anything yet. I am ex modular, though (and slightly more experienced than the 220 hr zero-to-hero guys).

When I had my assessment a little over 2 years ago, there was a lad there who had a 737NG type rating with no time on type- not sure why anyone would do that!

They said if he wanted to work for RYR, he'd be required to do the whole type rating again with RYR. He didn't want to do it, but it wasn't an outright no from RYR.

WX:

Did you pass everything first time and do you have a training report from your school?

I've heard these are requirements now.

Think they prefer if you did MCC at certain places, like Oxford Aviation Academy in Stockholm, but I'm not sure.
And if its gone a long time, call the place you applied via and make sure they didnt forget about you. That happened to me and a friend and when we called we got scheduled in two weeks from that phone call.

I thought calling was a no-no and that it might disqualify you? Or does that just apply to direct calls to Ryanair?
