Do all people get a call from ryan, even if you failed the assessment?

Oh, I forgot to ask you guys something!

They state that I shall bring originals of everything asked. Now, my problem is
that I never did receive any flight school report (I am modular)
So this week I have been trying to get a hold of the people at the various FTOs I was at
So, They have mailed me a copy of the report they just written. So I've got no originals! Will they dismiss me right away for that? There is like 0% chance for me to get the originals on time before I leave for STN.

Anyone else who have been in the same situation?

It shouldn't be a problem, they're not trying to fail you, they are actually very nice.
I had the same situation and they didn't comment on it.
My flight school e-mailed me a written report with a handwritten signature.

Good luck

Application

Hi all,

how long generally takes Ryanair to contact you in order to invite you to an interview?
I don't know who makes the first application's screening but I understood that my application was succesfully transmitted from the recruiter to Ryanair,so I don't know if in this case I have to wait for a call from them or if is still possibe that Ryanair decide not to invite me despite the application was succesfully sent to them.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you inadvance

No, they actually email you to tell you that you have been unsuccessful, but if successful they will contact you by phone!

I received an e-mail from the recruiter 2 months ago (5 months after the application) saying that they forwarded my CV to the company and now they are awaiting a response. From then nothing more.
It feels really bad being left like this

Ryanair MCC

Hello guys,

Is it possible to have recent feedbacks regarding the Ryanair MCC at CAE or BFSAA??

Is it worth? and do you think that it makes the assessment easier?

Thank you

Regards

@RSACHA A friend of mine recently did his MCC with BFSAA. He said the course was really well structured and the instructors very professional. They really emphasise CRM and sticking to sops, which is a biggie in the assessment aswell. The downside is they do their MCC on a F28. Also it is not guaranteed that you will get a shot at a ryanair assessment in stansted. He hasn't been called so far....
