I presume fhchiang is referring to the advert in this weeks Flight advertising for expatriate B777 captains 7000TT (with 3000PIC on commercial jets or 1000PIC for those with a B777 type rating).

I think fcchiang want to adress SIA and make them realize that the best thing they could do is to sponsor his flight education and put him in the RHS of their jets instead of employing DEC... after all, he seems to be very motivated!
