Aer Arann - Experiences of Newhires - Impressions?
Any pilots out there familiar with Aer Arann and its operation?
Aer Arann has a self-sponsor course for the ATR - anyone out there done it? What about conditions/salary for newhire FOs? Are pilots happy there or are they leaving for Ryanair at first opportunity?

Arann have taken some low hour people this year, and I belive they are very happy with them. I have sent several applications to them offering to pay for my ATR training (as their web site asks), but have never had any reply whatsoever!!
What else can you do????
