120 new Airbus starting to drip feed into the system, with options on more would suggest a serious amount of recruiting is necesssary.
It will be interesting to see for how long Easy can sustain their current training schemes.
The balance of Supply v Demand might start to move by the end of 2004 back to normal bonding arrangements.
