Airbus stopped the A320 AFC (Aircraft freighter conversion) programme some years ago due to the increasing demand for passenger ships.
PacAvi Group, the then launch customer of Airbusī discontinued AFC programme, has recently announced, that they are planning to convert A320s to freighters themselves now.
Regarding the high prices for 2nd handed A320 in reasonable condition, I doubt, that this makes any economical sense. But I wish them luck, of course.
If you were looking for A330 freighters instead, a look at any planespotting site will give you a good overview of their various operators.
