Air Contractors 737

Hi folks

I'm just looking for some info on the Air Contractors 737 operation. What is the current situation regarding recruitment and do they hire direct entry captains?

I would also be interested in the roster pattern, pay and general working conditions.

I'd be happy to receive PM's if preferred.
