Oversize Cargo to Luanda
I have a question for the loadies out there. Does Luanda airport have the
capability to unload a single piece 430" long x 108" wide x 96" high, weight is
14,000kgs? Judging from my specs this piece WILL NOT fit in a B747F, is
that correct? Looks like would have to go the Antonov route.

That will not fit.
A: Nose door is 96" high, and you haven't palletized it yet. Maybe some shoring, plus the thickness of the pallet: you'd be around 102-103 inches.
B: As you know the nose-door has a funny shape. Even if your total height was 96", you will not get 108" in width through the door. It will get stuck at the top (about 97" clearance).
This is one of those "dangerous" loads. At first glance you might think yeah, ok... but you'll end up with egg on your face if you accept that one.

Definately an IL-76 job, much cheaper than An-124. If it needs Stage 4 aircraft you can use Volga Dnepr or Silkway, but if it's from the Gulf or other Stage 2 origin, then there are lots of IL-76 aircraft in DXB/SHJ or dotted around Africa.

Thanks CR2. I figured it wouldnt go through the nose as dims I show max width for the nose door is 104".
Does anybody have the dimensions for the cargo area of the IL-76??
Second question, Are their enough HI-Loaders at Luanda rated to carry
the load?
Cargo is origin USA but will transit through Belgium

SFD, At the bottom, you've got close to 150 inches. As I said the opening is a funny shape, narrowing as you go in height. There is a chart somewhere that shows the width at every 2 inch height increments; it is extremely useful.
Also forgot to mention; if you exceed 96 inches in width you need to lift your cargo by means of shoring by 5.5 inches in order to pass over the side/guide rails.

IL76 cargo cabin is aprox ~18.5 m long, 3.2 m wide, 3.2 m high (725"x125"x125"), max width up to aprox 105" high, so your piece will fit.
If you want to pick it up ex USA or Europe, the only stage-4 IL76s are at Volga Dnepr and Silkway. They are not cheap if you compare to stage-2 IL76s but still much cheaper than AN124.
Volga is much more experienced with heavy weight and oversize pieces.
You don't really need hi-loader for IL76, but better talk to operator. They have onboard crane but I think you cannot use it for the box of that height.
