Swiftair is not a good deal they are firing people because they donīt belongs to DHL and into itīs politic they try to work with itīs own companies. Also I heard a problem regarding money that dissapears from the company accounts..???.. .EAT if you donīt belong to the SABENA Majesty itīs difficult also Type rating,more than 10000 TT,not over 25 years, handsome, moon landings and specially Space Shuttle test pilot will be a plus.. .The rest I donīt have references.. .Best regards

Inthenavy. .Were do you get your info?. .Swiftair will continue to operate the 727 for the time being. Some of their planes are leaving being replaced with ex EAT ones. .EAT ran it's last 727 course at the end of last year. And you certainly didn't need to have 10000hrs or have a 727 rating, even for the captains.. .And regarding ex-Sabena pilots I doubt if they have hired many of them, only know of 2 A300 cpt's, which are still being trained

Crews will be flying back and forth from Luanda to one of the mining camps to deliver fuel. Crews will be on a 2 months “ON”, 1 month “OFF” schedule. Crewmembers MUST be current and qualified on type. Flight Engineers require an A&P license. Applicants must have Africa experience or know what the African flying experience is all about. Applicants MUST HAVE FAA LICENSES and be QUAILIFIED ON TYPE. As this will be an ongoing requirement, we may find it necessary to re-post this job posting and ask those of you that have applied already, to re-apply again. especially the last sentense.. you will be flying 150-180 block hours a month, 30% over max payload, 15% over MTOW on departure ex LAD, destination airport will be the short uncertified grass strip and at least the half of your payload will be nice agricultural machines (typically 7.62 mm).
