Some of their planes are leaving being replaced with ex EAT ones. .EAT ran it's last 727 course at the end of last year. And you certainly didn't need to have 10000hrs or have a 727 rating, even for the captains.. .And regarding ex-Sabena pilots I doubt if they have hired many of them, only know of 2 A300 cpt's, which are still being trained
