MEdical Requirements for Freight pilots

Hey guys, I am new here, Can you tell me if medical requirements for freight pilots are less than Commerical Passenger pilots? I know all require first class medical, but some airlines have standard higher than the first class, and thus don't accept waivers on medicals. Is this the case with Cargo airlines? Can a pilot be hired with a waiver on his first class medical due to issues with vision?

Thanks....

The medical certificate requirements are the same, because the medical certificates are the same.

Each airline, cargo or passenger, has its own screening requirements, and each of those may change on a daily basis.
