The private forum is for employees of the group of companies only albeit its going a bit quiet.
Ive not been able to reply to the PM as Ive got a fulltime job and have just signed in
With regard to an EAT interview no idea what they do or how they run it, best do a search or request info on Freight Dogs.
Best Luck

Lot of come and go in EAT these days. Many people are somewhat apprehensive with this Leipzig move I think, therefore pilots try and find a more certain future. We shall thus need many newcomers to fill the gaps. Are you applying as captain or f/o, Ace?

It's on the airbus that they need people: one more aircraft due any time now and short of crews already. Don't see why they wouldn't have you. A bit of patience though, they're a bit short of instructors. Don't be surprised to get a call one day that your course starts tomorrow morning.

I am new to this forum. How can I apply to EAT? The DHL website is not very much of help.
I flew for EAT back in '99-'00 on the 727's with Express One. Lived in Belgium for two years. My son was born in Brussels, so we all have beautiful memories about our short stay there. I have been flying the A300B4 as FE until june of this year. Looking for other A300 work, but it looks like I have to think moving to Asia. I would prefer to go back to Europe. Have an european passport.
I recently got my FAA ATP with a B-737 type rating. therefore I would like to upgrade some day.
I will a appreciate any help. PM me for my email. Thks.

DHL Age Discrimination.
DHL Brussels is presently facing Age Discrimination Litigation involving 4, B757 Captains, who were terminated due to the French Regulations which apparently since Nov. 23rd. 2006 have been rescinded.
It is gratifying to compliment DHL UK who have not invoked such unnecessary terminations.
A group of Lufthansa Pilots have brought, similar litigation against their Company. A ruling will be made in March next year.
Deutsche Post Chairman, Dr. Zumwinkel, has been officially qouted in the German media to vehemently oppose age discrimination in any form. The official website of Deutsche Post itemises in its Code of Ethics that age discrimination will not be tolerated in any way and specifically demands that all its associated companies apply the same ethical standards.
It appears Deutsche Post Executive Management may not be aware of the impending Litigation in Brussels.

Thanks for reviving the DHL forum. Especially with the worldwide conglomeration of carriers that have been assembled, I think some communication might be helpful for us all. I hope that we can get a new conversation going.
