Unionisation

As time moves on there seems to have been positive inroads in recruiting everybody into the union. I am all for this as it provides us with considerable leverage to bring against the company if we have to.
There is an unsettling rumour however that certain pilots have been approached to sound out their willingness to continue flying if other crew members have declined due to a dispute.
Can anyone shed any light on the subject?

What light is there to shed Captain rotary...? It's a personal decision whether you fly or not during a strike; ...a personal decision to become a lifetime airline scab or not.
