TNT Express Buying BAX?
Rumors have persisted concerning potential suitors for BAX after BRINKS began shopping the freight-forwarding arm a few months ago.
It would appear rumors now indicate TNT Express (Nederlands) has made a bid for BAX. I would be interested in some of the feedback from this forum concerning the potential sale to TNT Express and the changes that may ensue.
The BAX sort center is in Swanton Ohio, Toledo Express Airport and TNT with its long reaching logistics could grow the airport or possibly move the entire operation.
Any insight would be appreciated.
