Thumbs down Channex F27 Fleet future

I understand today that 2 F27's flew out of BOH bound for Turkey to their new home. It seems the company did not tell their crews that these aircraft were sold! The Turkish company are also rumoured to be buying the rest of the fleet. If this is true what are the company's plans for the crews. Would they have the audacity to charge them for the 737 rating I wonder. As yet there has been no communication from management - what a surprise.

I've noticed that Channex have leased an An26 (reg ERAZF) in recently for ops out of EGHH, short of aircraft/crew?
