MK on the move?

There have been no MK flights at Manston since last Thursday. Rumours that they have moved to Ostend after a tiff with Planestation.

Just for clarity MK refers to MK Airlines. MK is in fact the official registered designator for Air Mauritius.

Confirmed on local TV. They've moved to Ostend, and claim they shifted 95% of Manston's freight.

If the freight was destined for the UK shouldn’t the airport be on this side of the English Channel. Me thinks that Ostend is in foreign parts.

The latest story is that the supermarkets have complained about the condition of the products, and that MK will soon be back at Manston. They're certainly not flying as much at OST as they did at MSE.

iwish4aatpl,

You need to have previous experience as a truckdriver, and experience with a forklift is a big plus. To be the pervect candidate, you'll need to have a giant liver, which can handle great quantities. Meet all of these requirements and you've got it made. Oh yeah, don't forget, you don't need a pilots license, that's all bs. You're truckdrivers license will be accepted almost anywhere. It's a complete different story from passenger pilots. Hope this will help you.

I heard that plane station, kia or london manston whatever they call themselves nowadays doubled the landing fees and backdated them for three months just to p*ss mk off so they would go elsewhere and leave eu jet all the slots
