You need to have previous experience as a truckdriver, and experience with a forklift is a big plus. To be the pervect candidate, you'll need to have a giant liver, which can handle great quantities. Meet all of these requirements and you've got it made. Oh yeah, don't forget, you don't need a pilots license, that's all bs. You're truckdrivers license will be accepted almost anywhere.
